Nicaragua Coffee Farm Trip 2023

We took a trip to Nicaragua on May 26th, 2023 to visit the Peralta coffee farms, milling facility and coffee lab. Peralta coffee farms are high up in the mountains of Mosonte Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. They grow some of the best coffees in Nicaragua. We also got to visit their milling facility and coffee lab where we did a cupping of some of their most popular coffees.
